20 years’ experience in Hospitality and 16 years at the National Institute for Vocational Education (NIVE), as Business Programme Manager and Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Government of Dubai.
Has valuable experience as Manager of Quality Assurance with Qualifications and Awards in Dubai (QAD), KHDA. to coordinate the assessment and verification processes.
Supported new or established Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) providers to help improve the delivery of programmes, quality assurance processes and assessment practices. Conducted external Audits of TVET Providers and External Quality Assurance visits to assure programme delivery, learner achievement, and assessment and verification processes were in place.
Worked as Trainer, Quality Management Consultant, Program Manager, Team Builder, Continuous Professional Development.
Throughout his career, has always worked with people. He has worn many hats over the years, but for all those hats worn, and the experiences they have given him, they have all contributed to my outlook on life – be happy and make others around him happy!
